Nourishing Zodiac Tea Infusions

Herbal infusions are so good for you. An infusion is simply a strong tea, made with one teaspoon dried herb for every cup of water. Infusions are great because they have medicinal properties and are hydrating (they count towards your daily water intake).
Teas are a wonderful way to contemplate the day, to plan your meals as you sip and to take a few minutes to enjoy nourishing a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Once you determine your individual needs according to your astrological nature, you can take measures to protect, nurture, and build strength.
When you perform a tea ritual regularly, and as you smell the infusions and drink, you start to think about your feelings, and you naturally become more grateful and more intuitive. Black, green, white, and oolong teas are all high in antioxidants, which makes them all beneficial for general health and wellbeing.
The following are our tea infusion recommendations for each sign of the zodiac:
To Prepare Your Tea: Heat water until just boiling, pour it over the herb, cover the cup, let sit undisturbed for 10 to 20 minutes. Try adding raw honey or fresh fruit juice. Drink it.
Aries
A spicy mixture of black tea and masala spices will compliment an Aries’ fiery disposition. Aries are determined to get the most of every experience, including their cup of tea. A combination of clove and cardamom will help kick-start a lull in energy.
Taurus
White tea infused with peach and vanilla offers a Taurus a sensual and comforting dessert-like experience that they can rely on for their daily dose of pleasure. After a hard day’s work, Taurus likes to relax with the comfort of a delicious cup of tea.
Gemini
A light blend of white tea, rose hips, and lemon flavor stimulates Gemini’s effervescent vitality. Geminis will liven up every tea party with their clever conversation. A bit of lemon peel and rose petals create a colorful detail for the eyes and senses.
Cancer
Cancers love to maintain a comfortable home and an after-dinner tea will soothe their sensitive tummies. A blend of green tea and chamomile will help calm a Cancer’s emotions and give them a healing time-out, and a good night’s rest.
Leo
Oolong tea mixed with orange peel can enhance a Leo’s sunny disposition. Leos are at the center of every tea party, entertaining the crowd with their creative charms. This boosting blend will a touch of color and confidence that a Leo thrives on.
Virgo
Mint tea will refresh a Virgo’s mind. Virgos are exacting about every detail of their daily routine, especially their morning cup of tea. Mint will sharpen a Virgo’s mental acuity and calm their nerves, and even help them to sleep.
Libra
A balanced blend of black tea and cinnamon creates a stylish flavor. It will appeal to Libra’s sense of balance, as this is a wonderful sweet and spicy blend. Libras love to bring people together over a cup of tea.
Scorpio
An intense blend of black tea and ginger will help sustain a Scorpio’s energy, until they have penetrated into the heart of every matter, and they need a strong drink to fuel their determination.
Sagittarius
Sagittarians are always on the lookout for new creative remedies to try. An exotic potion of green tea with coconut and vanilla flavors supplies Sagittarius with the stamina they need for their next adventure.
Capricorn
Black and white tea mixed together is the practical choice for giving Capricorn a serious dose of focus and flavor. Capricorns work hard and need a smooth yet strong tea to depend on.
Aquarius
Black tea infused with licorice root, which promotes sustained energy release, will fuel Aquarius’ inventive thinking. Aquarians love to exchange ideas with friends, often over a strong cup of tea. Adding ginseng will satisfy Aquarius’ thirst for the unusual.
Pisces
Rooibos, white tea, and black tea mixed with orange and grapefruit flavors will ease Pisces into their fantastical daydreams. Pisces loves to get in touch with their creative and intuitive sides by curling up with a hot cup of tea. Chamomile, lemongrass, and cornflowers are calming additions that help Pisces overcome their shyness and sensitivity.
