Love this - as someone who's been through 3 rounds of chronic illness. Soups have saved my life in more ways than one.

Reading this as I am also currently sick so it felt very fortuitous! It's nice to have a reminder that it doesn't always have to be full speed ahead. Also, congratulations 🎊🎉

Congratulations! (on getting married, not on getting sick)

I love this. It made me think about how the dinner is always more peaceful if I slow down and make something simple (spaghetti!) rather than frantically make some complicated phyllo pie or whatever, even if that sounds tasty.

Congrats on your wedding and for battling flu AND covid! My husband and I got pneumonia on our honeymoon and stayed married over two decades, so maybe its a good omen of 'for better or for worse' lol

This is great! I’ve always said the worst thing about chronic pain isn’t the pain itself but the effect it has on your life, the experiences it robs you of. These tips are definitely helpful, cheers!

Feel better, Jen. Great guest post. I've been eating a lot of soup lately to help get over something and it's a great comfort food.
